9:30-10:15 Registration

10:30-12:00 Practice / Record

12:00-12:30 Lunch break

12:30-5:00 Practice / Record / Break as needed

5:00-6:00 Supper

6:00-8:30?? Finish practice & recording

Sunday August 30th

9:45 Church at Remington or Wolcott

2:15 Program at Remington church

3:00 Meal for singers and families following program

FOR THE LADIES
Saturday August 29th

9:30 – 10:15 am  Registration 

10:15 am  Following registration meet in the front foyer of the church 

10:30 am  Load into vans for departure to Fair Oaks Farms where we will tour the cheese factory and have lunch

12:30 pm  Load into vans for departure to Merrillville

1:30 pm  Tour the Albanese Candy Factory and browse in their retail store

2:30 pm  Depart for Southlake Mall

4:30 pm  Meet at designated location for departure to the Olive Garden for evening meal

6:30 pm  Load into vans for departure to Remington

7:30 pm  Return to Remington church where we will be able to observe the singing practice and/or fellowship

NOTES:

• Wear comfortable walking shoes
• Please notify us if there are any dietary concerns (diabetes, peanut allergies, etc.
• These times are EST (Fast Time). We will be traveling to a different time zone so be aware of that.
