First of all I want to thank our great God for a blessed weekend, a great experience and a precious memory. I started off our practice on Saturday morning saying that looking at our day ahead of recording it would seem we have an overwhelming task before us, but we need to keep in mind that we serve an overwhelming God. By trusting God and doing our part in prayer, preparation, and singing, God will be faithful to add His increase. Each singer certainly did their part "to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD" 2 Chr 5:13
The long day of recording, congregational singing in church and the program after church were very moving and will remain a special memory to me. Thank you to each singer for lending your time and talent in this endeavor.
I also want to thank the Tremont committee and Tremont congregation for there love and deeds of kindness in preparation, hosting and serving us this past weekend. I looked forward to each monthly meeting with the committee and will fondly remember the delicious desserts that ended each meeting.
May God richly bless each one of you until we meet again.
